"I enjoy the people here at ‘Fox’ and helping residents solve their maintenance and janitorial issues. Two years ago, we found out that another building was being constructed – Fox River Horizon II with 39 units – in response to a community need for affordable senior housing in the area. Because I know Alden and how well its senior facilities are run, I immediately called my brothers to come and visit the property. After touring with me, my older brother said, “this place is where mother has to be!” At the urging of my family, I put her on the waiting list. Mother has now been here two years and has made many new friends and adjusted quite well. I am glad mother is here at Alden’s Fox River Horizon Senior Living Community, where I am proud to work."
